Country Risque -- Live at the Rickshaw Stop
Country Risque give us a tantalizing taste of their raucous live shows with their new EP Live at the Rickshaw Stop

Country Risque have been working hard to make the Bay Area's country scene just a little bit queerer. As much as I enjoyed their EP Doe-Eyed Boys and Loverboy Saints, this taste of the band's live show is even better.
In the studio, the band's flair for the wry and doleful is obvious, but this recording captures their rough edges and the way they come alive with the crowd's energy. It's a great recording – I just wish I had more!
Luckily, if you're in San Francisco, Country Risque will be opening for Lily Hiatt at Bottom of the Hill on April 1st. You can get tickets here.
